User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Panin Sergey Valeryevich (TIN 634504643028), self-employed, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” and any user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the website, the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement without prior notice to the User.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller provides the User with the opportunity to purchase digital goods posted on the website.

2.2. All digital goods are the result of the Seller’s intellectual activity.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the purchased digital goods after payment confirmation.

3.2. The User undertakes to use the purchased goods only for lawful purposes and not to distribute them without the Seller’s consent.

3.3. The User is fully responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds are possible if the Seller is unable to provide the paid goods.

4.2. Refunds for digital goods delivered to the User are not provided, except in cases stipulated by Russian Federation law.

5. Liability

5.1. The Seller is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased goods unless such damage was caused intentionally.

6. Personal Data

6.1. The Seller processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Russian Federation legislation.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User starts using the website.
